ServiceTill runs the floor, the kitchen, the bar and the bill. It already knows who's booked, who's ordered and who's waiting, because it talks to Call the Desk and Tableside instead of making you type things twice.
Works on any tablet or laptop. Every venue gets its own login at its own address.
Most tills are a calculator with a menu bolted on. ServiceTill starts from what a floor team actually needs to know: who has just sat down, who's waiting on a food order, whose food is dying at the pass, and how long each of those has been true.
Every table is coloured by its phase and shows how long it's been there. The little pills underneath are minutes spent in each step: greet, order, kitchen, run. Go over target and the table gets a ring.
Evenly, by seat, by item, or a bottle shared between two. Guests can scan a code and pay their own share on their phone, with the service charge clearly optional and tips going to the team.
Tickets arrive from the handhelds and the till. They turn amber as they get old and red when they're over target, courses hold until you fire them, and an allergy flag follows the table through every course.
ServiceTill sits in the middle of the night. Bookings come in from Call the Desk, orders come in from Tableside, and everything they need goes back out. You link each app with a key, so each one keeps its own login.
When you sign up, your venue gets its own address and its own login. Nothing is shared between venues: not staff, not menus, not reports. Run two places and you have two logins; a group can hold several under one owner.
Your Call the Desk and Tableside logins stay separate too. You connect them from inside ServiceTill with a key, and you can disconnect them the same way.
Short answers. For anything else, email and a person replies.
No. ServiceTill works on its own with its own floor map, order screen and kitchen screens. The links are there when you want them: connect either app and the floor map, bookings and handheld orders start flowing without any extra typing.
Any tablet or laptop with a browser for the till, any screen for the kitchen and bar, a thermal printer for receipts and tickets, and a card reader. It's built to keep working when the internet drops, on the local network.
A card processor of your choosing, connected from Settings. Card processing is charged at the processor's rate; ServiceTill doesn't add a cut on top. [CONFIRM PROCESSOR AND RATE]
Yes, and it says so on the bill, the customer display and the guest's phone. Removing it at the till needs a manager, and the reason is recorded, so you can see where service is being dropped and why.
Each person clocks in with their own PIN, so sales, tips, voids and hours are theirs. The venue owner's login is separate from staff PINs and is the only one that can see payroll and reports.
Name the place, pick an address, add the first login. The floor map is empty until the first table sits down.
